Building Regulation Plan Checking
At Beau Building Consultancy, we provide Building Regulation plan checking services with the experience, technical knowledge and attention to detail needed to support safe, compliant and well-managed projects.
We work with Local Authorities and Registered Building Control Approvers, delivering plan checking services for all standard building types up to 18m in height. Our Building Regulation plan checking service is designed to give our clients confidence that projects are competently and meticulously assessed against the relevant requirements of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010.
We pride ourselves on being thorough, practical and clear. Every assessment is carried out with a focus on identifying potential areas of non-compliance as early as possible, helping to reduce risk, avoid unnecessary delays and keep projects moving in the right direction.
Our clients value our ability to combine technical accuracy with straightforward communication – we do not overcomplicate the process. We provide clear, concise feedback that allows key stakeholders to respond quickly, make informed decisions and maintain Building Regulation compliance throughout the project.
All plan checking services are undertaken directly by Company Director, Russell Beaumont, a Class 2F Registered Building Inspector. This provides clients with consistency, accountability and a high level of professional oversight from start to finish.
